Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant – Advanced Aesthetic Injector

Location: Southwest Florida

Schedule: 4 or 5 days/week, 8-hour shifts

Compensation: $100,000–$150,000 base + commission

This advanced practice provider (APP) will play a key role in the growth of the aesthetic division alongside a new incoming plastic surgeon.

About the Role:

We’re seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with advanced training in cosmetic injectables and laser aesthetics.

You’ll be responsible for delivering a range of cutting-edge non-surgical treatments while developing long-term patient relationships in the area.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform a full range of injectable and laser-based aesthetic services, including:
• Neuromodulators (e.g., Botox, Dysport)
• Dermal Fillers (e.g., Juvederm, Restylane)
• Platelet-Rich Fibrin (PRF)
• PDO Threads
• Hair Restoration Treatments
• BBL (BroadBand Light)
• MOXI
• Halo Laser
• RF Microneedling
• Sofwave
• Evaluate patients, develop personalized treatment plans, and provide follow-up care
• Document in Nextech EMR
• Collaborate closely with surgical providers, estheticians, and the broader clinical team
• Educate patients on skincare, treatment expectations, and post-procedure care

Who You Are?

• Board Certified NP or PA with aesthetic injection experience (minimum 1 year preferred)
• Confident in delivering full-spectrum injectable treatments and laser-based technologies
• Passionate about aesthetics and committed to continued learning and evolving trends
• Thrive in a patient-centric, fast-paced environment with a close-knit team
• Comfortable working across multiple locations
