Job Description

Our client, a leading accounting and tax software provider, is actively hiring a Support Operations Analyst to join their team in San Diego, CA!

*This is a 12-month W2 contract with benefits and paid holidays offered!*

As a Support Operations Analyst IV, you will work on the Customer Success Real-Time Operations Team, and help monitor how the contact center is performing, find patterns or issues, and recommend ways to improve . You’ll also lead efforts to make sure everything runs smoothly in the short and long term, and share updates with leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Use tools to report on current contact center performance and highlight any problems or trends
• Analyze data to find causes of issues, predict outcomes, and support daily decisions
• Lead cross-team projects, manage priorities, and keep senior leaders updated with clear recommendations and progress reports.

Skills:

• 1+ years of experience working in a contact center environment
• Experience using contact center tools ( Amazon Connect, Grafana, or similar systems)
• Knowledge of key metrics like Average Handle Time, Service Level, Abandon Rate, etc.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data, spot trends, and inform decisions
