About the Role:
TactStaff is seeking a dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join one of our partnered school districts in Delaware. This is a great opportunity to make a direct impact supporting students’ growth, independence, and access to learning in a collaborative educational setting.
Responsibilities:
- Support students with fine motor, sensory, and self-regulation goals under the supervision of a licensed OT.
- Assist in implementing individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families to promote success across school environments.
- Document progress and maintain accurate student records.
Qualifications:
- Active Delaware COTA license or eligibility to obtain one.
- Prior school-based experience preferred, but not required.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
