New Path Construction & Consulting is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership of projects, and enjoys being part of a collaborative, design-build culture.

About the Role

As a Project Manager, you’ll oversee projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring schedules, budgets, and quality standards are met while maintaining strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple commercial construction projects from start to finish
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and consultants
• Lead project meetings and communicate clearly with clients and stakeholders
• Review drawings, submittals, RFIs, and change orders
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and in budget

What We’re Looking For

• 3–7+ years of experience as a Construction Project Manager
• Commercial construction experience (retail, restaurant, fuel, car wash, adaptive reuse, and/or ground-up preferred)
• Strong multi-family experience is a major advantage
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Construction software experience preferred
• Willingness to travel as needed
