Responsibilities
- Assess training needs across organization
- Design and develop training programs and materials
- Facilitate instructor led training sessions
- Create e-learning modules and online courses
- Train new employees during onboarding
- Evaluate training effectiveness and gather feedback
- Update training content based on business changes
- Coordinate training schedules and logistics
- Partner with managers on development needs
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Education, HR, or related field
- 3-5 years of corporate training or instructional design experience
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills
- Experience developing training materials and curricula
- Knowledge of adult learning principles
- Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Project management skills for multiple programs
- Creativity in designing engaging training
