Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour

Schedule:
Monday-Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Saturday or Sunday: 7:00 AM - 2:00 PM (during winter months)

Overview:
We're seeking a reliable and personable professional with excellent communication and organizational skills to join our Service & Oil Delivery Departments. This individual will handle scheduling service calls and oil deliveries, updating customer records, processing paperwork, preparing reports, and providing top-notch customer support.
What You'll Do:
Schedule and coordinate service calls and oil deliveries
Communicate with customers and team members in a friendly, professional manner
Maintain and update customer information accurately
Prepare and process daily paperwork and reports
Assist with general office and administrative tasks
Work both independently and as part of a team
Overtime required during the winter season
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required
1+ year of experience in an office environment
3+ years of customer service or dispatch experience preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; comfortable learning new software
Professional demeanor and strong phone presence
Detail-oriented and capable of multitasking
