We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Events Assistant to support the planning, coordination, and execution of corporate and promotional events. This role is ideal for individuals who are organized, proactive, and eager to contribute to high-quality events while developing valuable skills within a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
Assist in the planning and coordination of events from concept to completion
Support event logistics, scheduling, and vendor coordination
Prepare materials, presentations, and reports related to event planning
Communicate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution
Provide on-site event support to ensure smooth operations
Maintain accurate records, timelines, and event documentation
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask effectively
Professional demeanor and strong work ethic
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic setting
