Position Overview
The Routing/Scheduling Coordinator supports the Field Services team by organizing and scheduling computer equipment installations and break/fix appointments for Field Service Technicians. This role works heavily in ServiceNow and requires frequent communication with government personnel and agency contacts to coordinate service appointments.
