Position: Payments Analyst

Location: Raritan, NJ - 3x per week hybrid

Pay Rate: $25-30/hour

Duration: 6 month contract + extensions

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and macros.
Experience with payment systems and record management tools (HPE, CCRA preferred).
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Process 86 quarterly manual payments with precision and timeliness. Utilize Excel for data tracking, analysis, and reporting; familiarity with macros is a plus. Communicate effectively with Sterilmed stakeholders, supporting integration efforts and resolving payment-related queries. Manage payment workflows using the HPE record management system and process transactions through the CCRA check system. Maintain and update customer reporting tools, including pre-built macros for streamlined reporting.
