AWS/CES is looking for an IT Technician in Greenwood, IN

Responsibilities:

Maintain and enhance production broadcast systems, error-proofing systems, printers, and customer communication interfaces (hardware & software).
Manage and back up all production-related hardware and software systems.
Support production by reducing and eliminating equipment and tooling downtime, applying strong analytical and troubleshooting methodologies.
Identify and document system or process issues, recommend corrective actions, and verify successful implementation.
Assist with departmental projects and Six Sigma initiatives to drive process improvements.
Monitor, maintain, and enhance security systems to ensure system integrity and data protection.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required; 1–2 years of college education in IT or a related field preferred.
2–4 years of experience in IT support within a manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse environment.
Proficient in Microsoft applications including Windows NT/2000/98, SQL Server, Office, Lotus Notes, Crystal Reports, and TCP/IP.
Knowledgeable in printers, RF systems, switches, routers, and RAID configurations.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to maintain confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
