Trustpoint.One is pleased to be partnering with a Texas-based intellectual property boutique law firm in their search for an Intellectual Property Docketing Paralegal with a minimum of three years' paralegal experience. This is a terrific opportunity for an experienced paralegal to branch out into the field of intellectual property law! This is a remote opportunity requiring Texas residence, with a preference for candidates in DFW.

Responsibilities

• Analyze documents generated from the USPTO and identify critical deadlines.
• Manage IP case files and correspondence, communicate with IP attorneys and clients, and use specialized docketing software to ensure compliance with legal requirements.

Skills

• Proven paralegal experience in any field of law.
• Highly organized with ability to juggle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Extensive computer and database expertise.
