Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Production / Delivery Support Associate to assist with product handling, deliveries, and loading/unloading trucks. This role supports daily operations by ensuring materials and finished products are moved safely and efficiently. Welding experience is a plus but not required .
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with loading and unloading products from delivery trucks
- Help prepare products for delivery and shipment
- Safely move materials throughout the facility
- Support delivery drivers as needed during loading/unloading
- Assist with basic production or shop tasks as assigned
- Perform general labor duties to support daily operations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical work, including lifting, carrying, and standing for extended periods
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Welding experience is a plus but not required
- Previous warehouse, production, or delivery experience preferred but not required
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift
