Role Description
This is a full-time role based in Washington, D.C. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing maintenance and repair tasks, troubleshooting equipment and systems, conducting preventive maintenance, and ensuring the proper functioning of industrial and residential facilities. The role involves identifying and resolving issues efficiently to meet the needs of the managed properties while adhering to safety and quality standards.
