Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Portfolio Community Association Manager in the HOA and Condo mangement industry, based in Atlanta, GA with some work-from-home flexibility. The Portfolio Community Association Manager will oversee the management of multiple community associations, ensuring compliance with bylaws and regulations, and maintaining community standards. Day-to-day tasks will include coordinating maintenance services, managing budgets, conducting property inspections, handling homeowner inquiries, and attending board meetings.

Qualifications

  • Property Management, Community Association Management, and Real Estate Management experience
  • Knowledge of HOA regulations, Enforcement of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CC&Rs), and Contract Management
  • Budgeting, Financial Reporting, and Managing Reserve Funds skills
  • Strong Communication, Conflict Resolution, and Customer Service skills
  • Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Property Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Community Association Manager (CAM) or higher license in Georgia through the GREC is a must
  • Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
