Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Plumbing and HVAC Project Manager located in Waltham, MA. The role entails overseeing and managing plumbing and HVAC projects from initiation to completion. The responsibilities include coordinating project teams, ensuring compliance with safety and building regulations, managing budgets and schedules, resolving project issues, and maintaining open communication with clients and stakeholders. The Senior Project Manager will also ensure the quality of work meets industry standards and customer expectations while driving project performance and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience and expertise in Plumbing and HVAC project management for a subcontractor
• Proficiency in Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair processes
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Proven project management experience in the plumbing and HVAC industry
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents
• Familiarity with industry safety standards and regulations
• Relevant technical certifications or a degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is a strong advantage
