Your Role: What You’ll Be Doing

• Execute Quality Installations: Review project estimates and perform gutter installations according to exact technical specifications
• System Upgrades: Safely remove legacy gutter systems and install high-performance replacements with precision
• Technical Troubleshooting: Conduct on-site inspections to diagnose, repair, and resolve complex gutter issues
• Client Relations & Tech: Communicate clearly with homeowners and contractors while documenting project progress through company software
• Safety & Integrity: Maintain high safety standards and professionalism, ensuring any site concerns are reported promptly

Minimum Requirements

• Construction Experience: Prior experience at heights or in a general construction environment
• Mobility: Valid driver’s license and a personal vehicle; must have a standard tool belt
• Stamina: Fit for lifting 50 lbs, climbing ladders, and working outdoors year-round
• Reliability: Highly punctual with a focus on following detailed project directions
• Client-First Mindset: Dedicated to high-quality service and professional site management

Compensation & Schedule

• Earnings: $22-$28 per hour depending on experience
• Schedule: Full-time, onsite, with local travel to customer job sites
