The Strategic Sourcing Analyst will be responsible for…
- Draft and manage RFx events using an eSourcing platform
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop Statements of Work and gather project requirements
- Ensure sourcing timelines are met and communicate risks that may impact project delivery
- Support proposal evaluations, build total cost of ownership (TCO) models, and conduct should-cost analyses
- Analyze spend data, usage patterns, and budgets to identify savings opportunities
- Track and report project savings to leadership
- Coordinate with Legal, Finance, and other departments to support contract execution
The Strategic Sourcing Analyst should have the following qualifications…
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, Supply Chain, or related field
- 0-2 years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, finance, or analytics (3+ years preferred)
- Ability to travel independently up to 5%
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills; comfortable working with large datasets
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with Power BI or other reporting tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Experience with eSourcing platforms and contract management is a plus
- Certifications such as CPSM or FMVA are a plus but not required
