The Strategic Sourcing Analyst will be responsible for…
  • Draft and manage RFx events using an eSourcing platform
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop Statements of Work and gather project requirements
  • Ensure sourcing timelines are met and communicate risks that may impact project delivery
  • Support proposal evaluations, build total cost of ownership (TCO) models, and conduct should-cost analyses
  • Analyze spend data, usage patterns, and budgets to identify savings opportunities
  • Track and report project savings to leadership
  • Coordinate with Legal, Finance, and other departments to support contract execution
The Strategic Sourcing Analyst should have the following qualifications…
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, Supply Chain, or related field
  • 0-2 years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, finance, or analytics (3+ years preferred)
  • Ability to travel independently up to 5%
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills; comfortable working with large datasets
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with Power BI or other reporting tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Experience with eSourcing platforms and contract management is a plus
  • Certifications such as CPSM or FMVA are a plus but not required
