Transactional Real Estate/Business Associate (1–4 years)
A highly regarded Sacramento-based law firm with one of California’s leading real estate and business practices is seeking a Transactional Associate Attorney to join their accomplished team. The group handles sophisticated commercial real estate and business transactions throughout the state.
Qualifications:
- California Bar License (in good standing)
- 1–4 years of legal experience in real estate or business transactions
- Strong academic record and excellent writing and analytical skills
- Demonstrated commitment to client service
- Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently, meet deadlines, and produce high-quality work
- Sound judgment, initiative, and collaborative team orientation
What We Offer:
