- WHAT YOU’LL DO: Support providers and nurses with day to day clinical activities and patient flow
- Prepare exam rooms, gather patient histories, and assist with vital signs, injections, and basic procedures
- Manage scheduling updates, follow up calls, and general patient communication
- Document accurately in the electronic medical record system and ensure all information is complete and maintained to clinical standards
- Assist with labs, specimen collection, and point of care testing
- Maintain a clean, safe, and stocked clinical environment
- Contribute to a positive clinic experience by providing professional and compassionate patient service
- REQUIREMENTS: Current CMA certification or eligibility to obtain
- Experience in a clinic or outpatient care environment preferred
- Strong communication skills with a patient centered approach
- Comfortable navigating EMR systems and documenting accurately
- Ability to work in a fast moving clinic while staying organized and detail focused
- Professionalism, reliability, and the ability to work well within a team
- Ability to follow clinical protocols and maintain confidentiality at all times
