• Lead & Mentor: Guide a team of billing and coding professionals, fostering collaboration and excellence.
• Ensure Accuracy: Oversee anesthesia case management across multiple payer types, ensuring precise CPT/ASA/ICD-10 coding and smooth claims processing.
• Maintain Compliance: Stay up-to-date on insurance verification, concurrency checking, and payer requirements to maximize clean claim rates.
• Develop Talent: Conduct performance reviews, provide ongoing training, and support professional growth for team members.
• Optimize Processes: Streamline workflows, track key performance metrics, and implement improvements to enhance efficiency.
Qualifications:
• 5+ years of hands-on billing and coding experience
• Proven leadership or supervisory experience
• Active coding certification
