Key Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and operational oversight of the facility
• Foster a positive, engaged, and accountable workplace culture
• Drive quality improvement initiatives and ensure regulatory compliance
• Implement and sustain effective policies and procedures
• Build strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and community partners
• Lead by example with integrity, transparency, and compassion

Qualifications

• Current Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license in Maryland
• Proven experience as a Nursing Home Administrator
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
• Demonstrated success in: quality improvement initiatives, policy and procedure implementation, culture and team development
• Solid tenure and career stability reflecting long-term commitment and leadership success
