Job Description

One of our clients is seeking talented Attorneys with at least 3 years of experience focusing on Commercial Real Estate Transactional Law .

About the Role

This position will work on a wide range of real estate transactions , including:

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating documents for real estate purchases and sales
• Advising clients on real estate finance matters
• Demonstrated experience in real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and leasing
• Supporting complex transactions across commercial, retail, and mixed-use properties

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership in New York
• Minimum 3 years of transactional real estate experience
• Strong background in real estate finance and purchase/sale agreements
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and client communication skills
