About the Role
- Advise major financial institutions, debt funds, and other prominent lenders on sophisticated real estate finance transactions.
- Work on complex financing structures, including securitization, syndication, and participation of commercial mortgage, construction, and mezzanine loans.
- Collaborate with industry-leading attorneys on deals that shape the real estate market.
Ideal Candidate
- 3+ years of legal experience in real estate finance at a top-tier law firm.
- Strong background in securitization, syndication, and participation of commercial mortgage loans.
- Experience representing developers, owner/operators, and borrowers is a plus.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and client communication skills.
- Juris Doctorate or LLM from an ABA-accredited law school
