Registered Respiratory Therapists (RRTs) – Up to $25,500 in Hiring Incentives

Lee Health is hiring RRTs and Respiratory Care Leaders in Fort Myers and Cape Coral, FL . We have full-time, part-time, and PRN openings across multiple specialties, including:

• NICU, Transport, and OB/NICU Stabilization
• Pulmonary Diagnostics
• Critical Care, Acute Care, Open Heart
• Leadership roles (Lead RRT, Supervisor)
• Day and night shifts available ($6/hr night differential)
