Bar & Inventory Manager – The White Oak Grill Manitowish Waters, Wisconsin 54545 Full-Time | On-Site | Immediate Opening

We’re hiring an experienced Bar & Inventory Manager to lead our bar program at The White Oak Grill, a beloved fine-dining destination in the heart of the Northwoods on the Manitowish Waters chain of 10 lakes.

About the Role You’ll run a high-volume, upscale bar with a focus on craft cocktails, an extensive wine list, and exceptional guest experience while keeping iron-clad control of inventory, costs, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all bar operations in a busy fine-dining environment
• Create and execute seasonal craft cocktail menus
• Manage full beverage inventory: ordering, receiving, stock rotation, monthly audits, and cost control
• Train, schedule, and lead bar staff
• Maintain strict compliance with Wisconsin liquor laws and health department standards
• Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to deliver seamless service

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years bartending experience in fine dining or upscale restaurants (required)
• 3+ years proven inventory management experience in a bar/restaurant setting (required)
• Strong craft cocktail knowledge and ability to train others
• Excellent organizational skills and extreme attention to detail
• Familiarity with POS systems (Clover preferred—and inventory software)
• Flexible schedule: must be available nights, weekends, and holidays
• Current Wisconsin Bartender’s License (or ability to obtain immediately)

Compensation $18–$25 per hour to start – based on experience and references
