Job Summary
Lead and manage largescale delivery operations for accounts across different geographies US Canada Mexico and India
Oversee endtoend project planning execution and delivery ensuring quality and timeliness
Develop and implement robust delivery strategies to meet dynamic client requirements
Establish and monitor project milestones KPIs and delivery metrics
Engage directly with clients to understand requirements ensure satisfaction and drive strategic partnerships
Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and issue resolution
Oversee PL management financial planning and budget adherence for the account
Prepare and present regular reports on project status resource utilization financials and growth metrics
Identify risks develop mitigation strategies and resolve escalations promptly
Ensure compliance with organizational policies contractual obligations and regulatory standards
Foster a culture of accountability innovation and continuous improvement within the team
Drive account growth through operational excellence client engagement and strategic initiatives
Secondary Skills
Hands on experience working in Application Development and Infrastructure Projects
Soft Skills
As this is an onsite role must have strong written and oral communication skills
