  • Help implement and manage a new case management/docketing system

What we’re looking for

  • 5+ years of trademark/IP paralegal experience (law firm or in-house)
  • Experience working with luxury, fashion, retail, or premium consumer brands
  • Background supporting or partnering with outside counsel
  • Hands-on experience with USPTO filings and trademark portfolio management
  • Strong conflict management skills (including cease & desist drafting)
  • Highly collaborative, low-ego, team-first mindset ➡️ cultural fit is critical
  • Comfortable building structure and process where none previously existed

Compensation & Benefits

  • $120,000-$150,000 base salary
  • 100% employer-paid medical benefits (employee coverage)
  • Paid parental leave for both parents
  • 401(k)
  • Generous PTO and paid holidays
  • Hybrid schedule (3 days onsite / 2 remote)

If you’re a trademark professional who thrives in luxury environments , enjoys building processes, and wants to make a lasting impact inside a growing legal team, this role offers a truly unique opportunity.
