We’re looking for an experienced Business Analyst – Project Lead to support major technology and business transformation projects. If you enjoy solving complex problems, leading cross-functional teams, and improving business processes, this role offers a great opportunity to make a significant impact.
What You’ll Do:
✔ Analyze business operations and document requirements
✔ Lead process redesign and define as-is / to-be workflows
✔ Serve as the bridge between business teams and IT
✔ Guide technical and test teams through requirement interpretation
✔ Support requirements management, change control, and documentation
✔ Identify risks, issues, and opportunities for process improvement
What We’re Looking For:
🔹 7+ years in commercial healthcare
🔹 3+ years in State Medicaid system integration or delivery
🔹 Strong understanding of MITA principles
🔹 Experience with EDI transactions and data structures
🔹 Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
🔹 Bachelor’s degree in a business, technical, or healthcare field
Preferred:
• Medicaid or healthcare insurance experience
• MMIS knowledge
• Familiarity with Microsoft Project
