Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Worship Leader at Dunnellon Community Church, located in Dunnellon, FL. The Worship Leader will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and leading worship services, including selecting music, rehearsing with worship teams, and ensuring a meaningful worship experience for the congregation. The role also includes fostering the spiritual growth of the worship team and collaborating with pastoral staff to enhance worship strategies and experiences.
