The ideal candidate can handle a case from inception through trial, can manage a strong caseload and is motivated to bring in their own cases as well. Responsibilities:
· Represent clients throughout the entirety of a personal injury matter, from initial sign up, through pre-suit stages, and concluding through litigation at depositions, arbitrations, and/or jury trial
· Prepare and draft legal documents related to personal injury matters
· Negotiate settlements
· Comply with all legal standards, regulations, and rules of professional responsibility
· Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law
· Professional networking to grow your client base
Qualifications:
· 5 years experience in plaintiff’s personal injury law or posses significant litigation experience.
· Familiarity with necessary and usual legal documents related to litigating a personal injury claim
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
· Jury trial and arbitration experience
· Strong negotiating skills
· Ability to build rapport with clients
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Initiative to network and grow client base
