Concierge

📍 Guilderland, NY

🕗 Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–4:00 PM

💼 Full-Time | Non-Exempt

💰 $21–$26/hour (based on experience)

A luxury 55+ active adult community in Guilderland is seeking a warm, hospitality-driven Concierge to serve as the primary daytime point of contact for residents, guests, and visitors. This is not assisted living or healthcare —it’s an upscale residential community for independent, socially engaged adults who value exceptional service and a vibrant lifestyle.

What You’ll Do

• Greet residents, guests, vendors, and visitors with professionalism and warmth
• Manage front desk operations, phone calls, visitor logs, and packages
• Assist residents with transportation arrangements, reservations, and general requests
• Coordinate and promote resident activities and events; help maintain a monthly calendar
• Support daily continental breakfast service and community events
• Submit and follow up on maintenance requests
• Provide basic technology assistance to residents
• Maintain a clean, welcoming lobby and common areas
• Assist with administrative tasks and emergency procedures as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Friendly, service-oriented professional with strong communication skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable multitasking
• Experience in hospitality, residential, senior living, or customer service preferred
• Comfortable using computers and digital tools (Google Docs, email, etc.)
• Positive team player with a proactive mindset
• High school diploma or GED required
• CPR certified or willing to obtain within 4 weeks
