Major Tasks, Key Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities:

• Collaborating with on-site builders, crews, and inspectors/engineers to determine the specifications of the project
• Coordinating and mobilizing needed resources (manpower/equipment/materials)
• Planning all construction operations and scheduling intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met
• Coordinating and mobilizing crews and delegating responsibilities
• Supervising the work of crews and providing guidance when necessary
• Evaluating progress and communicating complete and accurate billing of projects to the office
• Ensuring adherence to all health and safety standards and reporting any issues to senior management
• Other duties as assigned

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Clean driving record and valid driver's license
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Punctuality
• Ability to complete paperwork in a timely manner
• Ability to communicate clearly and efficiently in English; bilingual a plus but not required
• Ability to understand and comply with quality, health, and safety standards

Desired Qualifications:

- Construction industry experience preferred

- Management/leadership experience preferred

- 5 years of direct work experience preferred
